"Good things come to those who wait"My goal this year was to make birthday and Christmas gifts for the nieces and nephews. No, I didn't succeed. I did manage to complete two lap sized quilts though. One niece was especially thrilled with hers which made it all worthwhile. BTW-some of these fabrics had been in my stash for close to twenty years. It feels good to finally use them - they have been waiting so patiently.

Thank you for taking the time to write. Walgreens is very very poor at knowing their own policy. Their policy is that you can use a manf. coupon and a register reward at the same time as long as you have "2" coupons.
Yes, you can use a manf. coupon and still earn a register reward, however, if you use a register reward and try to buy the same thing again, it will not print out another register reward. so I use my rewards on items that are totally different.
I'm sorry you had a problem. If you use my "newbie scenario, you will see that I only used "register rewards" on totally different items.

In other words, if you use two coupons, you need to have two items, or the register beeps. "in-ad coupons, such as the Ivory Soap they have this week, do not count against anything.
